Our Empire Cookie Depositor is extremely efficient. That's a 10% increase over what we got last year with the same amount raw ingredients! This year we mixed the same 14 batches and using the new Empire Depositor we produced 339 cases. Last fall in our peak production we mixed 14 batches of cake roll batter and produced 312 cases of cake rolls per day.
